Bayview Properties Ltd is an independent property valuation and real estate advisory practice based in Accra, Ghana. We help banks, developers, institutions, and private clients understand what property is worth — and what it could become — through evidence-led valuation, due diligence, market studies, and portfolio advisory.
Every engagement is guided by three commitments. Insight: conclusions built on verified evidence, market comparables, and defensible method — never guesswork. Integrity: assumptions stated openly, limitations acknowledged, and figures we are prepared to stand behind in front of a credit committee, a board, or a court. Independence: we do not earn commissions on the valuations we sign, so our opinion of value is never for sale.
